This is actually the first time I’ve heard about corn being used in martabak manis. I’m also a real fan of martabak, but I always buy the same one wherever I go : pakai keju.

There are so many good martabak places in Bandung, and this is one of them. There is one place in jakarta, close to my house that makes killer martabak manis. next time when we are both in town, let’s meet up and arrange an all out martabak binge…whaddaya say?

Matt – yes, it sounds familiar because it’s not far from where I live. A friend says that this is in Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, in Pasar Andir area, near Gang Luna. Perhaps I should try the martabak some day
